This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience in the end-to-end accounting function who is looking to move beyond a traditional accounting role into a more commercial, business facing role. This role will see you reporting into the Senior Finance Manager and work closely with GM's for two business units - with a combined turnover of $30 million. Key Responsibilities: Assist with month-end close, reporting, and compliance Prepare financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making Partner with operational leaders to review performance and project profitability Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ensure tax compliance and assist with audit and statutory reporting Contribute to system integration and process improvement initiatives Ideal Candidate: CA/CPA qualified with 4 years' experience in financial accounting Strong understanding of Australian tax requirements Confident communicator with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment Experience with systems such as NetSuite, Xero, and Microsoft 365 This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career-moving from technical accounting into a broader, business partnering role.
