You’ll oversee multiple builds, manage key trades, ensure quality standards, and coordinate suppliers to deliver homes safely and smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing As a respected member of our construction team, you’ll: Supervise new home builds across multiple sites Coordinate and schedule trades and suppliers Maintain high standards of quality and site safety Use industry-leading construction software to streamline scheduling and call-ups Foster strong relationships with loyal trades and suppliers Deliver a professional and respectful experience to all stakeholders What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who understands the volume-building environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Ideally, you’ll have: Recent experience supervising residential new home builds A strong trade background Certificate IV in Building and Construction Construction Site Supervisors licence A current driver’s licence A commitment to safety and the ability to promote a safety-first culture Why Join Us?
