Direct the branch operations to exceed sales, margin, profit and service targets. Oversee financial management of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the branch's market share. Implement and maintain high standards of customer service excellence throughout the branch.
