About the role As a Administation Assistant, this is your opportunity to provide direct administrative support to the State Manager Youth Services WA and associated services across WA. Reporting to the State Manager, this is a permanent, full-time position based in Morley, WA. How you will make an impact Provides direct clerical support to State Manager Support manager to carry out and monitor server delivery analytics Support is provided to State manager and relevant program management and staff in line with Youth Services Model of care and associated Frameworks Support provided to State manager and relevant program management and staff in the implementation of National and State Agenda Support is provided to all youth programs in accordance with TSA models and standards of practice Risks to clients, staff and TSA are identified and bought to the attention of management as soon as possible Accurate data entry using all relevant data recording systems within both internal and external systems Monitor and complete required tasks within database systems including Workday, Kronos, SolvSafety, finance and other TSA systems What you will bring Qualification in Business Administration or relevant field Demonstrated level of administrative skills and attained through previous roles, service and study/development Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills Working with Children Check What we offer The Salvos offer eligible employee's a well-balanced package of meaningful benefits including: Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free $2,650 meal entertainment benefit.
