You’ll develop graduate brokers through hands-on training and mentoring, driving performance while shaping their long-term success. Alongside leading the team, you’ll influence recruitment, planning, and partnerships to elevate both customer experience and business outcomes. What you’ll do Lead & inspire : Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers to achieve and exceed sales goals. Grow talent : Develop our graduate brokers through structured training and hands-on coaching, guiding them along our skills development pathway. Drive performance : Consistently deliver results by setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and building a culture of accountability and success. Shape the future : Play an active role in team planning, operational rhythms, and recruitment—helping us expand and strengthen our broker network. Champion technology : Promote and embed the use of the Aussie Platform to elevate customer experience and drive business outcomes. Collaborate & connect : Build strong relationships across the business, working closely with internal teams (Salesforce, Customer Experience, UX) and external lender partners.
