In this role, you will be the backbone of our Aftersales operation - following up on open quotations, preparing accurate service proposals and providing administrative support that ensures we exceed customer expectations every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Support the Aftersales and Spares team with administrative and coordination tasksFollow up on outstanding quotations and help convert them to salesPrepare professional quotations using ERP/CRM systemsInterpret customer requirements and input data into Dynamics AX or other systemsCreate pick & pack lists and assist in logistics coordinationCompile and review technical documentation including MDR and testing reportsDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the Aftersales functionAssist with month-end project closeouts and invoicing proposals What We Are Looking For 1–3 years’ experience in administration, logistics, or customer serviceStrong Microsoft Office skillsExperience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics AX 2012 (AX365 desirable)Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesCustomer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitudeTeam player who can also work independently and meet tight deadlines What You Will Bring To The Team Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsInitiative and adaptability in a changing environmentSound time management and organizational abilitiesA willingness to learn about our products and industry Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in Australia and should not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in Australia.
