My client is a hybrid consultancy that has successfully combined a building services design capability with a traditional technical advisory and client-side project management consultancy - interesting concept we know! The Role:You'll lead technical, base-building upgrade & greenfield sites, mainly within the commercial, retail & industrial space.Represent some of Australia's biggest names in corporate real estate (think A-REITs!). No two days will be the same.Take projects from start to finish, including initial site inspections, technical due diligence, capital expenditure and lifecycle forecasting, asset repositioning, concept & detailed building services design and overall client-side project management. Must havesMinimum of five years of Project management experience.Full life cycle delivery experience with minimal oversight from seniors.Must have some client-side consultancy experience.Ability to handle volume and complexity with minimal supervisionExperience with existing buildings, upgrades refurbs & make goods.Bulk of experience has been within built form.Strong stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-havesNew build experience.Engineering background.Immediate start.
