About the role The Knowledge Information and Technology is accountable providing technology solutions and support to the Department whilst continuously improving its services in support of operations. The Branch plays a key role in supporting business improvement and efficiencies through integrated systems. The System Architect is responsible for managing the provision of effective system architecture services across the Department. The System Architect provides technical advice on ICT systems and manages the operation and maintenance of a range of architectural models to optimise the Department’s ICT services throughout the state.
