The Role This is a dynamic part-time position for a talented Barista and all-rounder. You'll be the face of our cafe, crafting exceptional coffee and matcha drinks, serving customers with a smile, and helping to keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Barista: Consistently prepare and serve high-quality espresso and our renowned matcha beverages. Customer Service: Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient service to all our customers. All-Rounder Duties: Handle food plating, restock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and assist with general cafe tasks. Teamwork: Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service. Enthusiasm: Bring a positive attitude and a passion for great coffee, matcha, and hospitality! What We're Looking For Experience: A proven track record as a barista/all-rounder in a fast-paced cafe environment. Skills: Exceptional coffee-making skills and a strong understanding of espresso extraction. Experience with matcha is a plus! Personality: Reliable, punctual, proactive, and a fantastic team player.
