Positions available HOSTS WAIT STAFF Requirements You must be a strong team player, creative and self-motivated You have an outgoing personality, an enthusiastic and positive attitude and loads of initiative Experience working in a busy, fast-paced bar or restaurant, or other quality venue in a hands-on customer-facing role Excellent attention to detail High standard of personal hygiene and professional presentation Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, cocktail creation and premium wines and liquor Have a passion for the industry and never settle for the mediocre Full-time or Part time hours available. Two years' experience in a busy restaurant environment and wine knowledge are preferred, although plenty of training will be given to the right candidates Have a valid RSA.
