Our client has recently commenced the roll out of their new ERP - Digital Transformation, to support the organisation's transition to the new company-wide platform we are seeking the expertise of a Change Specialist to lead and implement the change that their new ERP brings to the organisation. Reporting to the People and Culture Specialist, you will be accountable for the implementation of the Change Culture throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities: (Not limited to) Lead Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring seamless process and system integration across projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impacts, manage expectations, and foster support through effective communication and engagement strategies. ERP Implementation: Drive user adoption of the new ERP system through targeted training, workshops, and ongoing support to ensure proficiency and smooth transitions. Training & Communication: Design and deliver comprehensive change, training, and communication plans, including materials like videos and guides, to support business readiness and adoption. Risk & Benefits Management: Identify risks, monitor change readiness, and track measurable benefits to ensure sustainable outcomes and continuous improvement. Mentorship & Reporting: Guide change and training analysts, provide regular project updates to stakeholders, and share lessons learned to enhance future initiatives.
