Our friendly client is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join their growing team, based out of either their North Lakes or Sunshine Coast offices. The Role In this role, you’ll work closely with a range of local businesses across Southeast QLD helping them stay compliant and on top of their finances. You’ll have the chance to build genuine client relationships while working alongside a supportive team of accountants. Experience with QBCC clients will be highly regarded, but not essential – the firm has excellent training systems in place and happy to bring on a QBCC newbie! What You’ll Do Manage bookkeeping for a portfolio of business clients Reconcile accounts, prepare BAS, IAS and payroll processing Provide accurate financial reports and advice to clients Assist QBCC clients with compliance and reporting requirements Work across both North Lakes and Sunshine Coast offices , with flexible WFH options About You Solid bookkeeping experience, ideally within a public practice firm Confidence working with QBCC reporting and local business clients Proficiency with accounting software (Xero and MYOB preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills – you enjoy working with clients as much as with numbers What’s on Offer Flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home options A role that spans both North Lakes and Sunshine Coast A close-knit team environment where your skills are valued Opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility within the firm Ready to Make an Impact?
