Lead finance ops for a growing aged care group. $160k super STI. Hands-on role with reporting, systems and team leadership. Brisbane-based A well-established organisation in the aged care and property space is seeking a finance professional to lead its financial accounting and shared services function. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on financial reporting, systems improvement, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and billing functions Oversee month-end reporting, prepayments, accruals, and reconciliations Coordinate year-end statutory accounts and external audit processes Support ERP rollouts and finance transformation initiatives Manage a small team and collaborate across legal, procurement, and operations About You CA or CPA qualified with 5 years in senior finance roles Strong background in financial reporting and transactional finance Experience with enterprise finance platforms (e.g. TechnologyOne) Comfortable working across departments and driving change Sector experience in aged care, healthcare, or property is a bonus Why Apply?
