We are seeking highly motivated hardworking Labourer / Factory Hand to join our production team, working with timber and glass-based products at Smeaton Grange, NSW. Immediate start for the right candidate and available to work Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM Requirements ✅ Must-Have Requirements: -Ability to heavy lift - Manual handling of glass, melamine board and smaller materials. -Experience working with glass (an advantage but not essential, willingness to learn is essential). -Valid Drivers licence - manual is preferred -Reliable and hardworking, with good teamwork and independence -Skilled in using basic hand tools (drill, hammer, etc.) ✅ Good to have, but not essential: -Forklift license -Experience in fabrication (shower screens, windows, doors, joinery or similar) -Beam saw or edge bander operation -General labouring -Ability to read construction drawings Benefits ✅ $$-What’s in It for You: -Permanent Full Time Role -Onsite training and career growth opportunities -Secure employment within a supportive team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
