What you'll do As a Territory Manager, you'll: Build and grow relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff across your territory Provide clinical and technical support in theatre to ensure safe and effective product use Promote and educate healthcare professionals on Stryker's upper extremities portfolio Develop and execute territory business plans and sales strategies to achieve targets Manage existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities Collaborate with your team and manager to share insights and drive growth Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform your strategy Ensure accurate records of account activity, stock levels and customer interactions Who you are We're seeking someone with a strong sales mindset and drive to succeed.
