Key Responsibilities include: Provide advanced clinical leadership and decision-making to support safe, effective, and person-centred care across a broad range of patient cohorts. Coordinate and mentor the nursing team, including supporting ENs, RNs, students, and colleagues to build capability and maintain high standards of practice. Drive quality and safety improvements, actively engaging in incident reporting, clinical governance, research, and innovation initiatives. Support patient flow and unit performance, working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to achieve key performance indicators and deliver safe, timely care. Remuneration value up to $131 900 p.a., comprising salary between $107 960 - $115 604 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $54.44 - $58.30 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1) (full time or part time position available).
