Role details The Public Health Unit at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Environmental Health Officer (Tobacco) to join their team on a temporary basis. Your opportunity Deliver routine regulatory and non-regulatory environmental health services to protect, promote and prevent risks to the community arising from environmental health hazards that impact on the natural and built environment and human health. This is achieved by working collaboratively with and supporting a range of organisations including other health services; other government departments; local governments; non-government agencies, industries and local communities.
