Telecommunications Technical Officer/Rigger Freedom Network Solutions Pty Ltd Salary: This is dependent on experience and skill set. Starting from $76,515 per year plus Super. Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring the 4G, 5G and NBN wireless system is built as per FC drawing. Ensure 4G, 5G and NBN technologies are operational as per design; Project Management; Ensuring work safety practices are implemented and adhered to in work areas; Main Tasks Installing/Maintaining/recovery of WCDMA/LTE Networks; Installation/Recovery of Panel Antennas, Head Frames, Hybrilflex Cables, Feeder Cables, Earthing, Cable Trays, Remote Radio Units; Diagnose/troubleshoot and repair faulty wireless systems; Commissioning and integration of wireless technologies; Hauling, terminating and testing of all sorts of cables required for the wireless telecommunications system (Coaxial, DC, Ethernet, Optical fibre); Working at heights co-operating with install of antennas, dishes, feeder cables on rooftops and towers; Proficient in PIM, VSWR and Sweep Testing; and Sound understanding of WHS requirements and responsibilities – including SWMS, MOP's, JSA's.
