Description Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, coding, and timely payment runs Oversee accounts receivable functions, including issuing invoices, monitoring aging reports, and following up on outstanding payments Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reporting Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve payment or billing issues Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to system and workflow enhancements Profile Minimum 2-3 years' experience in AR/AR functions. Clear written and verbal communication skills is essential. A solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including invoice processing, payment runs, and reporting.
