Online Education Services (OES) is seeking an experienced people leader for the role of Team Leader - Student Lifecycle Communications & Delivery. This role is ideal for someone with proven ability to lead, support and develop a team in an evolving environment whilst ensuring the effective delivery of projects and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing Communications/Automations team , fostering a student-centric and values-based culture through coaching, feedback, and training. Drive employee engagement and team capability , ensuring optimal resourcing and supporting professional growth through development opportunities. Manage communication project delivery , overseeing schedules, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate outputs. Act as a key escalation point , resolving delivery impediments and collaborating across teams to support successful project execution. Enhance operational efficiency , leveraging marketing automation platforms and cross-team collaboration to scale communications and improve processes. Establish and maintain operating rhythm , leading regular meetings (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, reviews) to align priorities, track progress, and drive continuous improvement. About You Led and supported high-performing teams in dynamic environments, fostering growth, adaptability, and accountability to meet evolving business needs. A background in Communications and Automations would be an advantage. Experience driving a culture of ownership and excellence in delivering timely, high-quality outputs. Delivered projects and campaigns on time , with strong end-to-end project management skills and a focus on meeting SLAs and stakeholder expectations. Maintained a customer-first mindset , ensuring responsiveness and flexibility while balancing delivery timelines and service standards. Communicated with clarity and precision , using strong interpersonal and written skills to align teams and stakeholders around deadlines and priorities. Thrives under pressure , demonstrating resilience and calm in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight delivery schedules.
