Job Description We are currently seeking full-time Groundsperson to join our hard-working maintenance team at Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort. This position requires an experienced, professional, reliable and well organised person to work a variety of days and shifts. Your key responsibilities and duties include: Your number one priority will be to maintain the high standard of presentation at the property and its surrounding areas, including: pools (485metre Lagoon pool, spas, heated lap pool, water features) and other common areas Undertake grounds care Assist in Irrigation system maintenance and management Carry out the maintenance of all tools and equipment (unless tradespersons are required) Assist in caring and servicing the pool and spa areas Be vigilant for hazards and risks within the workplace that could cause harm and report accordingly Build & maintain professional and courteous relationships with guests, co-workers and management
