About the Role In this role you will be: Initiate partnerships and collaboration with stakeholders Support the delivery of agricultural training and awareness projects Support the provision of information and services to strategically targeted areas including natural capital, ag tech, research and development and building farm business resilience build knowledge and capacity for producers to respond to a changing climate and challenging seasonal conditions Utilising adult learning principles to effectively develop and deliver targeted education and training activities Creating collaborative networks and producer groups for effective delivery of projects and programs for producers within the Central Tablelands NSW. About You To be successful in this role you will need: Working experience in agricultural extension and engaging with farmers. Be well informed about issues relevant to Central Tablelands farming systems. The ability to proactively source and prepare information for communication to landholders. A desire to work with a variety of landholders across a diverse range of production systems. Excellent communication skills to engage and collaborate with people in government, industry and the community and build partnerships. Experience in group facilitation, working effectively with differing communication styles and varying stakeholder groups A current NSW driver licence combined with the willingness and ability to travel across the Central Tablelands area of NSW.
