The Role: As a Customer Accounts Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer account enquiries, managing all aspects of customer accounts including cash collection, payment allocation, dispute resolution, and credit claims. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure accounts are maintained accurately and efficiently, supporting Coregas’ business processes and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is based in Yennora and reports to the Customer Accounts Manager. Key responsibilities: Achievement of the individual’s respective debtor’s ledger monthly targets. Ensuring cash collections are achieved to target. Maintenance of accounts is kept up to date, i.e. trading statuses are correct, payments are allocated correctly, cylinder holdings are transferred or adjusted off. Investigate, reconcile and complete customer credit claims with the use of Navision and Cyltrack. This includes cylinder holding adjustments in Navision and the marking of barcodes in Cyltrack. Carry out tasks relevant to the position as required e.g., banking, reporting, incoming email, phone calls, housekeeping, Cyltrack exceptions and analysis Supporting customer service team Engaging in continuous LEAN or any other business improvement initiatives About You: Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit control, debtor’s ledger, and cash collections. Strong problem-solving, reconciliation, and communication skills. Advanced Navision and ERP experience preferred; intermediate MS Office required. Team player with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Certificate IV in Credit Management is a plus. Why Join us?
