About the role: As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for the participants' daily activities. From providing personal care, community involvement, completing reports, and following personal support plans. There will be opportunities for permanent part time work for successful candidates. The role is being paid at the SCHADS Level 2 with pay point dependent on qualifications and experience. Location: Brookvale, NSW Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time Availability: Monday 9am to 1pm and Thursday 8:45am to 3:45pm Award level: Level 2 What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting participants using individualised care plans tailored to their goals and strengths. Providing personal care with compassion, dignity, and respect. Encouraging community participation and meaningful social connections. Assisting with daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, and meal prep. Administering and managing medications as required. Building strong, positive relationships with participants, families, and your team. What You’ll Need: Experience in person-centred support within a disability setting. Relevant qualifications (desirable). A valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to an insured vehicle. Working with Children Check , NDIS Worker Check , and NDIS Orientation Module .
