Indigitise has multiple requirements for Project Managers to manage the delivery of inflight initiatives across all areas of the agency; particularly in the Intelligence Operations, Intelligence and Information Systems, National Police Checking Service, Corporate and Enabling Services. Requirements Key duties and responsibilities The successful candidates are expected to have: A minimum of 5 years Project Management experience in the management and delivery of complex business and/or technical projects. Experience in mapping dependencies across projects and programs, as well as scheduling initiatives within a program of work. Ability to use, adapt, and work across various delivery methodologies. Experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to plan and successfully deliver programs and projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Experience in building and promoting program vision and developing a collaborative team culture and approach to delivery of program objectives and benefits. Experience in developing and presenting Board papers and briefing materials for SES audiences. Demonstrated experience with program governance, including planning, financials, reporting, risks and issues, benefits, dependency management, etc. Experience with Federal Government procurement processes to successfully engage and manage 3 rd party vendors. High level interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and communicate information and expectations to stakeholders at all levels. Personal resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities to successfully deliver under pressure within a challenging environment. Experience working in a small to medium sized Federal Government Agency Experience working on projects within the Law Enforcement or Intelligence space is beneficial.
