The Role Reporting directly to the VP, you will own the growth agenda across Australia , leading a business already exceeding $40M with responsibility for a 40 member team. This is a high-visibility role where success means both leading from the front and winning at scale: Set and execute an ambitious sales strategy across public and private sectors. Win and grow large, complex tenders that reshape industries. Build, coach, and inspire a team with a true hunter mindset and relentless drive for execution. Shape the sales organisation’s structure, incentives, and talent pipeline to deliver sustained growth. Partner cross-functionally with product, technical, and marketing leaders to expand solutions in ESG, sustainability, digital learning, and SaaS.
