The Role: We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Full-Time Cafe Team Leader to join our food & beverage team at Brisbane Airport . (Ideally available on Mondays) What You’ll Do: ✅ Be a go-to leader – support your team to deliver excellent service ✅ Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe ✅ Ensure food & beverage standards are on point – quality, speed, and presentation ✅ Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes ✅ Train, coach, and motivate team members ✅ Maintain a positive, people-first culture What We’re Looking For: ☕ Previous experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes ️ Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices Well-groomed & professionally presented Strong communication and people skills ⏰ Flexibility on hours you can work including weekends & holidays (we can work around the right candidate) Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card ✅ Valid RSA Certificate or willingness to obtain one Not ticking every box?
