Premier’s Department Digital Advisor You. At the centre of big ideas. We are seeking a motivated Digital Advisor to join the Office of the Hon Chris Minns, MP, Premier. You will identify media opportunities across social and digital channels and develop creative, audience-focused campaigns that communicate the Government’s policy priorities and initiatives to the people of NSW. You will work closely with a high-performing team to produce and deliver digital content and campaigns that tell the stories of NSW. Position is based in Sydney CBD. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital content strategies for social media, digital platforms and earned media. Create, edit and deliver multimedia content (video, graphics, photography, short-form social). Identify trending storytelling opportunities and champion new ideas, tactics and formats. Monitor campaign performance and optimise content based on insights. Work collaboratively across the Office to shape messaging and amplify priority initiatives. Essential skills & experience Experience working on digital campaigns and social media strategy. Strong knowledge of major social platforms and what performs on each. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Photography and/or videography experience. Initiative and a clear instinct for what engages audiences online. Team player who is willing to pitch in across tasks and support colleagues. Desirable experience Experience in influencer marketing and running end-to-end influencer campaigns. Experience providing staff support for high-profile individuals at events and on the road. Experience working effectively in high-profile or politically sensitive settings. Salary: To be negotiated.
