About the role As a Principal Recruitment Consultant , you would have the opportunity to set up and manage a specialised high value contractor desk . Whilst this would be highly complimentary to an existing team it is envisaged that you would relish the opportunity to build out this concept. We seek a driving force who will enjoy taking this line of business out to a wider market, the focus will be on promoting innovative flexible solutions to industry leaders across industries Strategy, planning and execution of the plan to build a high value contracting desk over a 2 year period with the potential of managing a team based as the business expands. The role reports to the Director of the business and will play a key role in building this new stream and shaping its direction. Be organized and create a good balance between client management, recruitment and administrative work with a focus on achieving your work objectives. Your Experience As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will bring with you At least 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry as a specialized Principal consultant / Managing consultant / Sector Recruitment Manager / Branch Manager with experience in a specialised patch e.g. Finance, Logistics, Procurement, HR, Legal or Business Support Experience in building or managing a desk that has focused on high value temp / contracting within a specialism.
