We are looking for one Business Development Partner to join us at this pivotal moment. This role is about more than sales — it’s about taking ownership of a critical growth vertical, showing venues how EV charging can attract guests, create new revenue streams, and support the transition to a more sustainable future. With 91% of EV drivers choosing where they stay based on whether they can charge , this is a huge opportunity for hotels and motels to turn EV charging into both a guest magnet and a new revenue stream. Venues that act early will gain a clear booking advantage. That’s where you come in. As ivygo’s point person, you’ll be out there building relationships, having hands-on conversations with owners and managers, and turning them into long-term ivygo hosts — while shaping how we expand into hospitality and other industries over time. What you’ll do Lead ivygo’s growth in the hotel and motel sector across NSW. Show venues how they can monetise their EV chargers and attract new guests. Work closely with our hardware and installer partners to deliver value to hosts. Support onboarding alongside our team to ensure smooth go-live. Build trust and long-term relationships across the hospitality sector. This will involve some travel within the region, as many venues prefer face-to-face discussions. What we’re looking for A proven track record in sales or business development , ideally within hospitality, property, or travel. Someone who understands how small and medium hotel/motel operators think, and how to earn their trust. A self-starter who thrives with ownership, targets, and mission. Strong communication skills and the confidence to open new doors. A genuine passion for sustainability, EVs, or climate tech — and the desire to be part of something bigger. How you’ll be rewarded Commission-based : earn a percentage of the revenue ivygo makes from the hotels and motels you bring on board. Cash incentives : unlock additional bonuses as you hit key milestones (for example, onboarding 20, 50, or more venues). Future pathway : after six months, if you’ve demonstrated the value you bring and want to deepen your involvement, there’s an opportunity to step into ivygo’s founding team and participate in our ESOP programme.
