Overview We are looking for a Manager – Platform Success to lead and grow our Platform Success line end to end . Platform Success is our continuous success offering — designed to provide the stability of managed services while also driving client growth and long-term value. This role combines responsibility for client relationships, growth, and delivery oversight with clear accountability for leading and developing the Platform Success team. You will treat Platform Success as your own business line — setting the strategy, nurturing existing clients, driving expansion, winning new logos, and ensuring delivery runs smoothly. This is not a pure sales role, nor a pure delivery role. It’s a role that bridges both, with accountability for the performance, growth, success, and people leadership of Platform Success. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Platform Success. Drive growth through both expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new clients (new logos) . Refine offerings and packages to meet evolving client needs and market opportunities. Partner with Sales leadership to align targets, pipeline, and commercial approach. Portfolio Ownership Own the Platform Success portfolio across all clients. Nurture strong client relationships, lead renewals, and ensure clear account ownership. Develop account plans and maintain a predictable renewal calendar and forecast. Service Delivery Oversight Provide light governance across Platform Success delivery, ensuring smooth operations. Work with team leads to monitor capacity, quality, utilisation, and client health. Step in as escalation point when required and coordinate resolution with Delivery/Technology leaders. Ensure Platform Success runs as a reliable, well-structured “engine” for clients and teams alike. People & Team Leadership Lead and mentor the onshore consultant and offshore team leads within Platform Success. Build a high-performing, motivated team culture focused on client success and continuous improvement. Set expectations, provide coaching, and support professional growth. Ensure clear ownership within the team and foster collaboration across sales and delivery. Business Leadership Treat Platform Success as a business within the business. Be accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client satisfaction, and operational outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Finance, and Marketing to strengthen offerings, margin, and positioning. What Success Looks Like Performance: Predictable operating rhythm, high service quality, and strong client satisfaction. Growth: High renewal rates, consistent account expansion, and acquisition of new clients. Success: Platform Success gross margin within target, clear GTM strategy, and compelling service offerings. Team: A motivated, empowered team that develops under your leadership and consistently delivers results. Skills & Experience Proven experience managing and growing a Managed Services / Platform Success portfolio in an application consulting or SaaS services environment, ideally with a background in the Salesforce ecosystem. Strong commercial acumen: renewals, pricing, packaging, proposals, and negotiations. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and deliver measurable growth (renewals, expansions, new clients). Experience working across delivery and sales functions, balancing commercial and operational priorities. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ideally, experience in defining and executing a go-to-market strategy for Platform Success.
