Working across both community and hospital settings, you’ll carry out comprehensive, needs-based assessments using the Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT) within the My Aged Care system. Your expertise will ensure that every client’s individual circumstances are considered with care and accuracy, while you capture important information to guide the next steps in their aged care journey.
