We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior Industry Communications Partner , reporting to the Executive Manager, Industry Marketing and Communications. A bit about your role As the Senior Industry Communications Partner, you will lead the development and delivery of nbn’s Industry Communications program, ensuring our Retail Service Providers and Partners receive timely, relevant and purposeful communications across operational, contractual, commercial and promotional domains. You will act as a trusted communications partner to the business, working closely with internal teams to interpret complex technical information and craft clear, commercially focused messages that support service and sales outcomes. This is a high-volume, high-pace role in a regulated environment, requiring precision, agility and a strong sense of ownership. You will manage editorial calendars, oversee publishing workflows, and apply traffic management skills to ensure communications are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will also play a key role in crisis and emergency communications, bringing calm and clarity when it matters most. With demonstrated experience using communications platforms and automation tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager, you will help drive innovation in how we publish and manage content. A bit about you You are a proactive and methodical communicator with deep experience in B2B environments, ideally within large, complex organisations. You bring a commercial mindset and a clear understanding of how to translate technical and operational information into audience-relevant messaging. Your ability to work independently, be agile, lead informal teams and manage time-sensitive publishing cycles makes you a natural fit for this dynamic role. You thrive in structured, process-driven environments and are confident navigating editorial workflows and automation tools. Your experience in crisis communications and your ability to remain composed under pressure are highly valued.
