Technical Expertise: Materials performance, coatings and industrial fabrication. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino). Basic engineering principles: stress points, load calculations and material strength. Machine operation and maintenance (sewing, welding, cutting, assembly). Rigging and installation techniques. Health & safety compliance (OHS, ISO 9001). Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: Drive company performance, growth, and operational efficiency.
