More about the role As a Supply Planner you will: Ensure the efficient and effective supply of products through the process of balancing demand from Markets with supply from internal/external suppliers. Have active involvement in the New Product Introduction & Launch (NPDL) and product Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes. Collaborate with suppliers, shares and reviews relevant planning information and receives supplier commitment. Perform weekly PDCA cycle on FG supplier lead times and responsiveness. Set & maintains supply planning parameters in SAP & drives delivery performance of portfolio with healthy stock levels. Manages MRP as relevant. Check/verify the 12month rolling intake plan on a weekly basis to ensure the right demand signals are passed to manufacturing plants/suppliers. Review the supply plan with Suppliers to highlight risk (components shortages, capacity constraints, etc.), and devise mitigation plans. Manage Product Phase in/out to ensure availability and to minimize inventory obsolescence. Manage inventory levels for assigned product groups across the APAC region with the objective of realizing availability targets. Run continuous improvement projects according to Lean principles to drive Order & Delivery (O&D) performance.
