Your role within the team The role of the Senior Brand Manager is to lead brand and innovation across the Adult Nutrition Category on the Swisse brand in Australia. Responsible for portfolio management, campaign development, leadership and driving business outcomes through strategic planning. Key responsibilities include: Brand Strategy & Positioning Lead brand performance and strategy for the Swisse Vitamins portfolio, developing annual plans and activating the marketing calendar to drive growth. NPD & Portfolio Management Own NPD strategy and delivery, including Stage & Gate business cases and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely execution. Campaigns Manage end-to-end TTL campaigns, from creative and media briefing to rollout, ensuring brand consistency and cross-functional collaboration. Commercial Leadership Apply commercial acumen to influence brand P&L, support retailer planning, and contribute to range reviews. Insights & Growth Strong data and consumer insight analysis skills, creating clear and actionable “so-whats.” Continuously identifies opportunities/watch-outs and proposes incremental growth plans. People Leadership Management of direct reports including coaching of Brand Managers and ABMs to guide their work plan and development. To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity: 5 years brand management marketing experience in a consumer marketing environment Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Communications. Prior experience in ideally FMCG, CPG, Health or Pharmacy businesses with a thorough understanding of leading Australian grocery and pharmacy retailers Strong experience leading and managing “Insight to Execution” Campaigns and Innovation Competency in product development and Stage & Gate innovation processes Internal and external stakeholder management to support all marketing activities Strong analytical capability with ability to distil insights into strategy. Proven ability to develop brand strategy documents (annual and 3-year plans). Strong agency leadership (creative, media, digital) including workshops and creative platform development. Ability to coach teams in commercial, strategic, and project management skills.
