The role An opportunity now exists at our Geochemistry division at Wangara for a Client Services Officer to join our successful Client Services team. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who either understands or is keen to learn about the geochemistry industry, our business operations, and client needs. This role involves advising both clients and internal teams on the technical aspects of geochemical analysis. We work closely with our clients, providing quality service through technical expertise, clear communication, and effective project management. This is a full-time position, and your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to: Facilitating the resolution of client queries in a timely and professional manner Provide telephone, email and in-person assistance and advice to clients Liaising between all operational staff to ensure efficient and timely receipt, analysis, and reporting of client results Assisting with new and return client onboarding Assisting with client incident investigations and communicating outcomes clearly and honestly Leading and contributing to internal projects aimed at improving service delivery The essentials We value team fit above all.
