Where you'll be working Royal North Shore Hospital What You'll Be Doing The Coordinator, Procurement & Contract Management Office (PaCMO) provides high level organisational,administrative and project support to the efficient and effective operating of the NSLHD PPP Office. The Procurement & Contract Office includes management (on behalf of NSLHD) of the Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) PPP contract for the provision of hard and soft FM, and the retail and carpark agreements; in addition to the Northern Beaches hospital PPP contract, a wholly privately built and run hospital. The position is essential to the development of robust and enduring systems that will enable the effective and efficient management of services across both sites, under two distinct contracts. The position will apply expert knowledge in records management within a public service setting to the management of new systems and processes to meet organisational requirements for records management as well as training all users and overseeing its effective adoption. The position will be responsible for reviewing and formatting contract and legal documentation, as well as drafting correspondence and reports appropriate for internal and external distribution. The incumbent will provide high level project support as well as undertaking ad hoc projects as allocated. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria Demonstrated experience and knowledge in providing administrative, secretarial and management support and/or at an Executive Level including a proven capacity to operate effectively in an environment demanding confidentiality and discretion in issues management. Proven high level of organisational skills including the ability to effectively prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment. Need more information?
