Overview Delaco Panels is a fast-growing Australian company specialising in Indoor and Outdoor wall panels, and innovative interior/exterior solutions . With warehouses across multiple states and a strong online presence, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a hands-on leader to support our growth. The Role: We are seeking an Operations & General Manager to oversee our daily operations and manage our team across sales, warehouse, and administration. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working closely with people, solving problems, and keeping the business running smoothly. Responsibilities Team Leadership — Supervise day-to-day staff (sales, warehouse, admin); ensure attendance, breaks, and rosters are managed fairly; provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members. Operations Management — Oversee daily workflow from sales orders → warehouse → deliveries ; liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and service providers; ensure stock movements, container arrivals, and deliveries are on track. HR & People — First point of contact for staff issues or concerns; assist with onboarding, training, and performance reviews; maintain a positive, safe, and motivating workplace culture. Reporting & Communication — Provide weekly updates on team performance, sales orders, and operational KPIs; work directly with the Directors to implement strategy and support business growth. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or retail management . Strong people leadership skills — confident in managing staff day-to-day. Good understanding of business operations (sales, inventory, admin). Comfortable with digital systems (CRM, Shopify or similar).
