Overview Gumboots Early Learning is expanding and due to open our brand new, purpose built 116 place centre in Riddells Creek in Jan 2026. Our centre is single level and features 6 large spacious learning studios with a separate interactive piazza/dining space, dedicated art studio, sensory room and lots of natural light, modern facilities and outdoor play yards. Gumboots Early Learning is privately owned and operated and has built an amazing reputation in the Macedon Ranges area with our existing centres located in Sunbury and Gisborne. We have a strong focus on quality and excellence and our extra-curricular activities, engaging learning environments, high quality pedagogy and sustainability. The Role Your New Role We are looking for an experienced Centre Director. You will be required to oversee the full operation of the day to day running of the centre including recruitment, rosters, compliance, staff development, working on budgets and driving utilisation. You will use your previous experience in a similar role to ensure the high standards of the centre are maintained and have strong interpersonal skills to create an inclusive environment for children, families and our educators. While you will be able to work autonomously and must be able to make decisions, you will have the full support of our General Manager and Centre Owner to achieve a successful centre and excellence. The Candidate You must have previous experience in a Centre Director position.
