Role Overview The People Partner will work closely with portfolio leaders to deliver strategic priorities and create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing employee experience. The role will provide coaching and strategic advice to build emotionally intelligent, adaptive, and empowering leadership, while supporting data-driven and cost-effective decision-making, as well as guide leaders in employee relations, including performance management, grievance resolution, and workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with industrial instruments. The People Partner’s responsibility is to strengthen workforce capability, foster innovation, and promote a respectful culture that reflects the organisation’s values and vision.
