They supply, lease, and service super‑automatic and traditional espresso and vending machines, along with premium Australian‑roasted coffee beans, to corporate offices, mining sites, cafés, and regional workplaces. Customer satisfaction is a core focus—finding solutions that suit each client, maintaining machine uptime, and delivering café‑quality coffee at the touch of a button. With local manufacturing of roasted coffee and ownership and operation rooted in Western Australia, the company combines regional strength with growing reach. Our client is currently seeking an Operations Officer to join their team at their head office in East Perth . About the opportunity This is a full-time, client-focused support and coordination role within the technical operations team. The position acts as the key link between customers and the technical department, driving machine uptime, coordinating service delivery, and supporting account growth. In this role, you will: Proactively manage client relationships and service expectations Coordinate the installation and servicing of equipment Be responsible for the mobilisation of technical staff and equipment to different mine sites for installations and repairs Provide reactive technical support and client education Facilitate internal communications across sales and technical teams You will be involved in guiding customers through equipment installation and training, booking and scheduling servicing, handling communications and helpdesk tickets, and supporting both technical and sales staff. About you The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, account management, or service coordination within a technical environment. You will be comfortable liaising with multiple teams and external clients and thrive on solving problems and improving processes. Candidates will ideally have: Proven experience in managing client expectations Strong customer service and communication skills A high attention to detail and self-motivation The ability to prioritise effectively and multitask A technical mindset and experience with an ERP/web-based platform Experience supporting technical/service teams What’s on offer You’ll be joining a growing business where you can build a long-term career.
