What you'll be doing Delivering mechanical and HVAC designs across major projects. Leading from the front with technical guidance and mentoring. Ensuring compliance, buildability, and design excellence. Collaborating with clients, project managers, and delivery teams to drive outcomes. What we're looking for 8 years' experience in mechanical and HVAC design engineering. Exposure to large-scale projects in commercial, healthcare, or defence. A natural leader with the ability to mentor and inspire. Australian Citizenship or PR only (mandatory). Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering; CPEng highly regarded.
