Property Developer, specialising in land subdivisions and medium/high density residential projects, are urgently looking for a Project Manager to oversee project delivery, from inception to completion, for both development and construction. Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, urban planning, or a related field required. Project Engineer/Junior Project Managers/Development Managers will also be considered. This role will suit somebody who is looking for long-term growth as well as working on significant projects. Requirements; Strong knowledge of DA processes, design management, and consultant coordination. Familiarity with construction practices, including budgeting, procurement, and scheduling. Ability to manage multiple projects and drive them through both planning and delivery stages. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Responsibilities: Development Phase: Manage DA submissions, ensuring compliance with planning regulations. Review designs, consultant reports, and planning approvals to enhance project outcomes. Coordinate with town planners, architects, engineers, and other consultants to drive project progress. Oversee feasibility assessments, budgeting, and project scheduling. Construction Phase: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones. Management of Payment Schedules & Payment Claims Ensure site operations comply with safety and quality standards. Assist with tender preparation, contractor selection, and procurement processes.
