Your opportunity: To provide high level rehabilitation and geriatric occupational therapy clinical services to clients of the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service. To lead and manage the allied health assistants within the multidisciplinary Integrated Care Rehabilitation team. To provide clinical practice supervision and clinical development to allied health assistants within the multidisciplinary Integrated Care Rehabilitation team. The position will focus on providing occupational therapy programs for the rehabilitation of older people who have been discharged after an acute or sub-acute episode of care; preventing inappropriate and avoidable admissions to acute care or permanent residential aged care; and clinical supervision of Allied Health Assistants in their implementation of therapy programs.
