Your new role: As the Senior Clinical Leader for Cellular Therapy Laboratory Services, you will: Lead and coordinate a team of Medical Laboratory Scientists and Technicians to deliver specialised clinical services within the Haematology Department. Manage operational activities including workforce planning, staff performance, and rostering to ensure efficient service delivery. Provide advanced clinical expertise in cellular therapies such as autologous stem cell transplants and CAR T-cell treatments, driving innovation and service improvements. Foster a patient-centred culture emphasizing safe, compassionate, and holistic care. About you: To succeed in this role, you will need: A tertiary qualification in medical laboratory science with relevant laboratory experience and professional registration. Advanced clinical knowledge and independence in delivering cellular therapy laboratory services. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams, workforce planning, and staff development. Strong skills in clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
