Position: Roof Plumber Responsibilities Conduct roof inspections to detect damage or deterioration, assessing the extent of repairs required and ensuring the structural safety of the roofing system. Remove old or damaged roofing materials and dispose of them properly, following workplace safety procedures and environmental regulations. Measure, cut, and install roofing materials such as metal sheets, tiles, or asphalt shingles, ensuring accurate placement according to project specifications. Apply waterproofing products and protective coatings to roofs and walls, safeguarding surfaces against leaks, moisture, and adverse weather conditions. Install and repair flashings on roof joints and edges, preventing water infiltration and strengthening the roof’s impermeability. Fabricate, install, and maintain gutters and downpipes for rainwater drainage, ensuring proper water flow and avoiding damage from accumulation.
