About the role Reporting directly to the Training Manager, you’ll play a key part in supporting students enrolled in our online VET qualifications. You’ll provide guidance, encouragement, and expertise, ensuring our learners have the best possible experience on their study journey. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing quality and development of our training programs. What you’ll do As an Education Advisor, you will: Provide academic support and guidance to students via phone and email. Assist learners who need extra help, including those with LLN support needs. Assess student work within required timeframes and standards, including RPL applications and Credit Transfers. Participate in validation activities to ensure training quality. Contribute to the development and proofreading of training materials. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of your work.
