About the Role As the Customer Service & Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for the profession and the public. This high-volume, customer-facing role is central to supporting the work of this peak-body association by managing enquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with licensing and registration processes. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of incoming calls and emails from members and the public. Assist members with online licence renewals and applications. Maintain accurate database records and manage data entry. Prepare documents for members regarding Certificates of Fitness. Provide general office support including mail handling, filing, scanning and photocopying. Support team members and undertake additional duties as directed. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Demonstrated customer service experience, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails. Strong administration skills, ideally within a professional services environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet, and database applications. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
