Our client based in Melville, is seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for stability and the chance to work in a supportive automotive environment. Key Responsibilities: Processing parts requests. Handling phone inquiries and providing accurate parts information to customers and internal teams. Preparing detailed quotes for parts and accessories. Assisting walk-in customers with accessory requirements. Maintaining accurate parts records and inventory management. Key Requirements: Previous experience in parts interpretation or automotive parts preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Excellent communication skills for phone and face-to-face interactions. Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly. Professional approach with strong customer service skills.
